Workshop Description

Do you struggle with creating a healthy board culture? Do you want to positively engage and retain your board members? It all starts at the beginning! YNPN Chicago recently experienced a complete rebirth in how they do things. Not only did they redevelop their onboarding process, but they adopted 8 key principles that have resulted in a happy team, increased productivity, and reduced conflict. YNPN Chicago’s Executive Co-Chairs, Carlos Trejo and Sabina Wee, will share how they set a solid foundation for a great board culture.
